Baby Daddy Diss! Kailyn Changing Son's Last Name To 'Lowry' Amid Custody Drama

Kailyn Lowry's baby daddy Chris Lopez has been uninvolved in their son Lux's life – and she isn't letting him get away with being an absentee father! RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the Teen Mom 2 star is changing her son's last name.
According to Delaware Courts, Lowry, 25, filed for a change of name petition on November 13, 2017.
She is asking the court to change her youngest son's last name from Lopez to Lowry. The case is still ongoing.
Lopez was involved in their son's life when he was born in August. Lowry told RadarOnline.com in September, "When he has the baby he does a really good job. He's very hands-on when he is with him. I tell him all the time that I'm shocked and impressed. It's not really what I expected. I never knew him around babies."

But in October, a source close to Lowry exclusively told RadarOnline.com that the mother-of-three banned him from seeing their son. "My guess is he won't acknowledge paternity so she can't file for child support," an insider close to Lowry told RadarOnline.com. "They gave a form in the hospital, but he didn't sign it."
Lowry took legal action to ensure her baby daddy steps up as a father. "Her lawyer drew something up and they are going through the court because he doesn't have any rights to Lux without signing," the insider said. "He's not seeing the baby right now for those reasons."
Weeks later, a source close to Lowry claimed he was abusive towards Kail "on more than one occasion."
The last photo Lopez posted on Instagram of his son was on October 5.
