Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is awaiting his fate — with a little help from his Jersey Shore friends. Of course, the drama will all be captured by MTV cameras, a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively. Click through RadarOnline.com's exclusive photos to see which of the star’s reality TV pals showed up to his sentencing for tax evasion charges in New Jersey federal court this morning.
Sorrentino, 36, is facing five years in prison following his tax evasion guilty plea. A judge will decide the Jersey Shore star’s fate after 11:30 on Friday morning, and the entire cast is “freaking out," Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi said yesterday.
The star’s friends Vinny Guadagnino, 30, and Jenni “JWoww” Farley, 32, were the first to show up to court. According to an onlooker, the reality stars were whisked inside by the U.S. Marshal's Office.
While the case has become extremely serious for Sorrentino, MTV is not missing its chance to get some TV ratings: A full camera crew is currently outside the courthouse talking to the entire cast, an onlooker told RadarOnline.com.

“Honestly we don’t know what is going to happen tomorrow… so hopefully everything is going to be fine,” she said. “We’re just trying to be there for him, just hang out with him, make him smile a little bit, but it’s terrifying for him” she said.
