"He's flirting up a storm with Erika," revealed the insider. "They met at the gym and have been eyeing each other for some time."
Added the source: "They'd stop and chat while resting between sets on the equipment, and now they're hanging out."

Snitches says Justin seems to find her attractive, enough to coax her into grabbing a drink at the local coffeehouse with him.
"She's pretty, and nothing like Jen. She's voluptuous and bubbly and cool in that New York way."
But hopefully, Erika's not hoping for a serious relationship, quipped the informant.
