Are Justin Bieber, 24, and Hailey Baldwin, 21, having some relationship issues?
This Tuesday, the love birds were caught bawling their eyes out while on a sunny day in NY!
After riding bikes around the city, they embraced each other and sat in silence, looking visibly distressed.
While Baldwin began by comforting her fiancé, she eventually broke down too.
Is Bieber regretting those four little words already?
RadarOnline.com readers know Bieber popped the question to Baldwin this July, during a romantic Bahamas vacation.
"Hailey I am soooo in love with everything about you! So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindly," he wrote on Instagram, sharing the news.

While fans believed the "Sorry" singer would eventually end up with Selena Gomez, Bieber made it clear Baldwin was the one for him.
"I promise to lead our family with honor and integrity letting Jesus through his Holy Spirit guide us in everything we do and every decision we make. My heart is COMPLETELY and FULLY YOURS and I will ALWAYS put you first!" he said.
"You are the love of my life Hailey Baldwin and I wouldn't want to spend it with anybody else," Bieber added.
Baldwin also shared a sweet message to her man, saying how happy she was to have someone so special to share her life with.
"No words could ever express my gratitude," she tweeted at the time.
This Tuesday, however, things seemed to go South for the famous couple.
Strangely, after hours of crying with Bieber, the blonde bombshell posted a throwback photo of the two, writing "My love."
