RHONY star Jules Weinstein's divorce from husband Michael is about to get nasty! RadarOnline.com has learned that her estranged husband is planning to make several shocking claims about her during their bitter custody hearing on September 8.
Jules' ugly divorce hit a low point over the summer when she called the police on her husband twice, claiming that she was a victim of domestic violence. Now, a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com that her estranged husband plans to ask the judge for full custody of their children in an intense court hearing.
"Michael wants full physical custody of Jagger and Rio," the source told RadarOnline.com. The pair are slated to meet face to face in a Manhattan courtroom on September 8, 2016.
"He has a lot of evidence about Jules that is not flattering that he wants to present," said the source, "and he is confident that a judge will believe him."
