Jenelle Evans’ nightmare has become a reality.

A judge ordered that ALL of the ex-Teen Mom 2 star's children should be removed from her custody just weeks after her husband David Eason killed the family dog, RadarOnline.com confirmed.

The fired reality star lost custody of her son Kaiser, 4, on May 10, and multiple sources confirmed to RadarOnline.com that local Child Protective Services has demanded the rest of her children removed from her care.

“A judge signed off on the request yesterday,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com about the fate of Ensley, 2, and David’s daughter Maryssa, 11. “It included all of the children in the home."

However, Jenelle and David are currently refusing to comply, sources claimed.

“Jenelle and David were told by CPS that they needed to surrender Ensley and Maryssa,” a source told RadarOnline.com about the developing crisis in North Carolina.

Kaiser's father, Jenelle's ex Nathan Griffith, "got confirmation that the judge signed off on all the children being removed from David and Jenelle,” the insider explained.

The drama began when David shot and killed Jenelle’s French bulldog Nugget, claiming the pup had “snapped” at Ensley. Jenelle was subsequently fired by MTV from Teen Mom 2.
