The Olympic gold medalist celebrated her 23rd birthday with a beach stroll in Cancun, dinner at Playa del Carmen and various other fun summer activities in Mexico's tropical paradise.
The brunette stunner turns 23 on July 12, and has been enjoying her vacation since before July 4th!
Wieber and her 2016 Olympic team captain beau enjoyed couple's massages at their resort's spa and luxurious dinners in the best seaside restaurants in town.
They spent time on Live Aqua's rooftop pool and dined at Sonora Grille in Playa del Carmen's fifth avenue.
The retired gymnasts also went snorkeling at the Kantun Chi Cenote Park near Tulum! So much love!
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Wieber was a member of the U.S. Women's Gymnastics team and dubbed one of the sport's Fierce Five after winning a gold medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics.
This April, the stunner went to court to support her former teammates and accuse sleazy ex team doctor Larry Nassar of sexual abuse.

Wieber filed a lawsuit against Nassar, USA Gymnastic and Michigan State University. She accused him of "sexual harassment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, sexual battery, gender violence," and eight other counts.
According to the bombshell court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Nassar "took advantage of his position of trust and confidence, to serially molest, sexually harass and abuse," her and "many of her Olympic teammates and hundreds of other minors and young adults." Her teammate McKayla Maroney also sued the disgraced former surgeon.
