Then two stars held hands and splayed sweet PDA as they walked the actress’ daughter, Daisy True, back home from school. Meg Ryan, 56, and John Mellencamp, 66, may be tying the knot after seven years of on-and-off dating — and they’ve never looked so in love!
As RadarOnline.com readers know, the actors began dating in 2011. They were hot and heavy for three years straight, until they famously broke up in 2014 and went through a series of very public feuds. At one point, Mellencamp even told reporters that Ryan hated him “to death” because he was an immature child!
Despite their differences, the pair rekindled their romance in 2017, and reportedly now getting ready to say “I do.”

Earlier this month, Page Six reported that Daufuskie Island, South Carolina neighbors of Mellencamp and Ryan were fairly certain that the two were planning a secret wedding ceremony.
Though Ryan’s rep told reporters the claims were “not true,” the actress was later spotted wearing a sparkly ring on her wedding finger, while out on a date with Mellencamp!
Ever since the rumors began, the two have been looking smitten all over town.
During their latest outing with Ryan’s daughter Daisy True, they couldn’t stop smiling and holding hands!
