Teresa Giudice's husband Joe will be spending the next 41 months behind bars at the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey. And RadarOnline.com has learned that the 43-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star will follow a strict set of rules when it comes to visiting his loved ones.

According to Fort Dix's handbook, Joe's visitors must go through a metal detector screening every time they visit him.

Joe can only receive visitors on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, but weekend and holiday visits are limited. Joe will get four points per month, and each point can be used for a scheduled visit during a Saturday, Sunday or holiday. Once those points are up, so are those weekend-holiday visitations for the month.

It's up to Joe to set up his visitors list. He must submit a list of immediate family members and 10 other friends/relatives. People who don't make his list are not permitted to visit.

When it comes to seeing his wife, Joe can only kiss and embrace her "briefly upon arrival and departure." They can hold hands, though, throughout the visit.

Joe will also have to be pat searched before each visit and visually searched when each one concludes.

Teresa and Joe won't be able to exchange presents. If Joe wants to give something to his family, he has to get it pre approved prior to the visit.

Visitors also have to adhere to a strict dress code and may not wear anything that can be "interpreted as provocative."
