Caught! 24 Photos Of Joe Giudice On A Date With Another Woman While Teresa's Locked Up

Teresa Giudice has been locked up for nearly four months, but her husband Joe Giudice doesn't seem to be missing her. In fact, Joe — who has been rumored to cheat on his wife in the past — was pictured out to dinner with a sexy brunette on April 29 in Newark, NJ, and RadarOnline.com has the photo proof!

Pictures obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com show Joe out on a double date at Seabra's Seafood Restaurant in Newark, NJ, on April 29, at around 8:30 PM.
"He was with another girl and another couple," Stephanie Palacios, who witnessed the date, tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.
"They ordered red wine and all drank," Palacios says.
"He looked to be having a good time, having a conversation and laughing," the eyewitness says. "He seemed very talkative."
Joe definitely looked like he was on a date according to Palacios. "The way he and his date were conversing, you wouldn't talk that way to a family member or friend," Palacios says.
"Even my boyfriend thought something was going on," Palacios says. "They had chemistry."
"They were sitting close together and he seemed to be listening intently to whatever she said," Palacios says.
Joe and Teresa married in 1999 and renewed their vows in September 2011. But as RadarOnline.com reported, sources say she's been consulting a divorce lawyer behind bars.
To Palacios, it seemed like Giudice had been set up on a date with his mystery girl.
"I thought maybe the couple across from them set them up on a date," she says.
Palacios describes Giudice's date as "a thin, brunette with blond highlights, and had braids in her hair."
"She looked to be in her late 20s or early 30s, definitely young," Palacios says.
Palacios thought that Joe's date was dressed to impress … a certain kind of man. "My first thought was, ‘What the he** is she wearing?'" Palacios says.
"She had tight jeans and a half shirt in a restaurant! And her cleavage was out," Palacios says. "It was inappropriate."
"The other girl looked young, and like she was friends with Joe's date," Palacios says. "The guy had his arm around her. They were definitely together."
Joe was trying to be discreet about his date. "Since it was a weekday, the restaurant was pretty empty, and their table was against the wall toward the back," Palacios says.
"He also was growing a beard," Palacios says. "He probably didn't think anyone would recognize him."
Joe's date went on late into the evening. "We left around 10:00 PM, and they were still there," Palacios says.
"They were still hanging out and talking," Palacios says. "Didn't seem like they were getting ready to leave soon."
"Teresa should be upset," Palacios says.
Joe seemed interested in his date, according to the eyewitness. "You can tell if someone is just a friend, but it wasn't like that," Palacios says.
"They had chemistry, they were a couple," Palacios says of Joe and his date.
And what about Joe's kids? "You would think that while she's in jail, especially on a weekday, shouldn't he be home with his kids?" Palacios says. "Maybe it's true that he really isn't around much."
Sadly for Teresa, her husband's actions don't seem to be proving that he is true to their marriage. "She's in jail, and he's out having fun with another woman," Palacios says.
