The 47-year-old actor is a regular at the event and he was photographed jetting into the French capital with a male friend.
He seemed in good spirits as he walked through Charles de Gaulle airport waving to fans.
In recent times his former wife Jennifer Aniston was linked with Brad Pitt after he attended her 50th birthday that Theroux skipped.
There have been rumors that the pair is getting close again while Theroux was spotted with Liz Hurley back in January.

The keep-fit fanatic was photographed alongside British beauty Liz Hurley back in January although they denied any romance.
Since splitting with Aniston he has been linked with model Brooks Nadar back in NYC.
However, it looks like the actor who loves fashion and socializing has gone solo for this particular trip.
