The 44-year-old was nearly unrecognizable while running errands thanks to obvious weight gain in the last several months.
Garth attempted to go incognito, pulling her sweatshirt hoot over her head.
The former 90210 actress donned a pair of stretchy yoga pants, her go-to outfit these days.
Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Garth's workout regime is helping her much!
This is just the latest sighting of the actress' fuller figure.
In 2012, Garth sparked concern over her plummeting weight loss.
At the time, Garth was going through some personal issues. Her marriage to then-husband Peter Facinelli was melting down.
