Jenelle Evans' Ex Nathan Griffith Begs To See Son Kaiser For Christmas
The war between Jenelle Evans and her ex fiancé Nathan Griffith over their 17-month-old son Kaiser continues to get even worse. RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Griffith, 27, is desperate to see baby Kai for the holidays.
"St. Nick is going to pay him a visit with a bag of toys," Griffith told RadarOnline.com. That is, if Evans "lets me see him, which at this point I cannot control".
Griffith does want to spend time with his son, though. "I'm still trying my hardest to be in his life," he explained.
But according to the baby daddy, Evans, 23, is making it difficult. As RadarOnline.com reported, Evans is facing assault charges after an incident with Griffith's girlfriend, Jessica.
"Long story short, she'll let me see him if I get Jessi to drop the charges," Griffith claimed.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Evans was arrested on August 20, 2105, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina after allegedly throwing a glass at Griffith's girlfriend Jessica Henry.

Since the arrest, Evans' attorney has requested a jury trial for the case. The request was granted, and the trial will take place in the New Year.
As RadarOnline.com also reported, a source claimed that Griffith didn't try to see Kaiser over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. "It seems like he cares more about being on TV than his child," the source said. "It's weird."
But according to Griffith, the separation from his son has taken a toll on him. "I have anxiety every day wondering if he's ok," he admitted. "There are times I feel like I can't go on because he is not with me. It's killing me not being with him."

"Does Jenelle care about that?" he asked. "Of course not!"
Griffith concluded, "It's just really disappointing to see a child wonder, 'Where's daddy?'"
