Jenelle Evans Still Keeping Son From Nathan With Trip To Disney Amid Custody Battle

Jenelle Evans is in the happiest place on earth with her family – but custody drama continues to wait for her at home! The Teen Mom 2 star’s baby daddy Nathan Griffith is “upset” that she has taken their son Kaiser to Disney World while he hasn’t seen him in over a month!
“It’s unfair,” a source close to Griffith told RadarOnline.com. “It’s Nathan's weekend and he had to find out on social media she was down there.”
The insider added how this was supposed to be Griffith’s weekend with Kaiser. “She switches weekends all the time,” a source said. “It was originally his weekend when the hurricane hit, then she was going to allow him to have Kaiser last weekend and last minute that he was sick. So technically this weekend is supposed to be his.”
The source continued that Griffith is “hurt” and “misses” his son. “They have their differences and both have done their wrongs, but at the end of the day Kaiser is what’s most important,” the insider said.
As RadarOnline.com reported earlier this month, Griffith traveled to North Carolina following Hurricane Florence only to learn that he would not be able to see his son. “I was half way there and she told me he’s sick,” he told RadarOnline.com earlier this month. “Every single time he’s sick. She tells me she needs to take him to the doctor.” Griffith, who has visitation every other weekend, hasn’t seen Kaiser in over a month.
Griffith filed a motion to modify custody with Evans in July 2018. In the filing, he claimed Evans’ husband is “violent” and a “danger” to Kaiser. “Plaintiff and spouse have drug dependence and substance abuse issues,” the motion read.
According to the Columbus County Clerk of Court, the “minor child in question, as well as another of the Plaintiff’s children, did test positive for THC at birth.” A source close to Evans denied the claim. Griffith is requesting full legal and physical custody of Kaiser, with Evans getting secondary custody in form of visitation. He is also asking her husband David Easonbe prohibited from contacting the minor child.
In June, Griffith called police to report Evans and Eason when he noticed bruises on his son’s butt. He was forced to return his son to Evans days later on July 3.
