Jenelle Evans' controversial husband David Eason had a court hearing scheduled for Monday, January 28 in the illegal towing case against him. RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the outcome of the hearing.

The Clerk of Court for New Hanover County in North Carolina exclusively told RadarOnline.com that the hearing was continued to March 25.

"They continued it to subpoena the witness," the clerk continued. "The person whose vehicle he messed with will be at the next hearing."

RadarOnline.com obtained the criminal summons from the Wilmington Police Department. Eason, 30, was charged with one count of tampering with vehicle and injury to personal property.

Eason posted a video to his YouTube page on December 19 entitled "Blocked In Parking Spot." He could be seen towing a truck parked near his boat. Evans recorded the video. She could be heard saying, "When you park this close with no money in the meter… Pulled that mother**ker out of the way."

Spokesperson for Wilmington Police Department Jennifer Dandron previously told RadarOnline.com the incident was investigated when it happened in June 2018. "We didn't have a lot to go off of," she explained. "We're very busy. When you don't have a lot to go on, it falls to the waist side." She said Eason's actions are an "absolutely inappropriate way to handle disputes." She even admitted Eason posting the video "helped" the investigation.

Terry Hill, who is the owner of the towed vehicle, explained how vehicles with legally registered handicapped signs could park for free in metered spots. Hill claimed he had to repair his transmission and the power steering hose.

Wilmington Police Department declined to file charges against Eason after an investigation, but Hill went forward with the charges.
