Jenelle’s Daughters Ensley & Maryssa Taken Away, ‘Teen Mom’ To Fight CPS In Court

Jenelle Evans’ daughter Ensley and stepdaughter Maryssa have been removed from her care, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
Jenelle handing her daughter with husband David Eason and stepdaughter over comes after a North Carolina judge ordered all of the children in Jenelle and David’s home be removed from their custody.
The Teen Mom 2 star’s life has been turned upside down ever since her husband shot and killed family dog Nugget for harmlessly nipping at Ensley, 2.

CPS Takes Action
“Ensley has been placed,” a source close to Jenelle, 27, told RadarOnline.com. “Maryssa has also been taken.”
Not Giving Up
Jenelle has court later this week to fight CPS. “A court-appointed attorney is being given to each child,” the insider said.
Jenelle’s Hell
This comes after Kaiser, 4, who Jenelle shares with ex Nathan Griffith, and Jace, 9, who lives with the star's mother Barbara, were removed from her care.
Missing Her Kids
Fortunately for Jenelle, she is seeing her children today. “Jenelle is meeting with the kids at social services this afternoon,” the insider said. “It is supervised visitation. She asked, and they are going to allow it."
Shocking Order
Earlier this week, a North Carolina judge ordered all of Jenelle and David’s children to be removed from their custody.
Mom’s Nightmare
“A judge signed off on the request yesterday,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com of the Monday, May 13 ruling. “It included all of the children in the home.”
Bad Move
The CPS drama started when David admitted to shooting and killing the family dog after she playfully nipped their daughter Ensley.
Fired!
The shooting resulted in Jenelle’s firing from Teen Mom 2.

Nathan’s mother Doris then got a call from CPS.

“They told her they had done the investigation and she should go get Kaiser out of daycare,” a source previously told RadarOnline.com.
Scared Parents
The couple rushed to Ensley’s daycare to pick her up as soon as they heard. “CPS wanted to talk to Jenelle and David, but they both refused to talk to them,” the source said. “David cussed CPS out.”

As for Jace, Barbara was told that she “needs to keep him home right now.”
Bad Call
At first, Jenelle refused to turn over Ensley and Maryssa, who is David’s daughter from a previous marriage.
Not Listening
“Jenelle was ordered to turn over the kids. but as of right now, the kids are still in her custody,” the insider previously revealed. “Jenelle said that she will not give up Ensley.” However, she changed her tune soon after.
