Evans, 24, held her boyfriend David Eason's hand as she walked into a North Carolina courtroom on June 2, 2016, to try and force her baby daddy to give her money for their son.

The troubled Teen Mom 2 star was fighting with Griffith over child support payments, which she filed for in March 2016.

Evans told RadarOnline.com that Griffith was "irritated and was trying to ask the judge if he can only pay $100 a month."

However, the judge ruled in Evans's favor, awarding her a bigger monthly amount from Griffith. "He has to pay $311 plus child support payments from back when I filed which is March, April, May and June," Evans explained to RadarOnline.com.

"So the payments will be $311 + $50 to pay back for those three months," she said.

As RadarOnline.com first reported, Griffith and Evans signed a custody agreement that gave her primary custody of Kaiser, nearly 2, with his father getting visitation every other weekend. Griffith moved in with his mother and is no longer attending college classes, Evans told RadarOnline.com. He is still paid by MTV and was receiving a VA disability payment each month.
