So Sad
As RadarOnline.com readers know, David killed the family dog Nugget. He admitted to shooting the dog after he “bit” their 2-year-old daughter Ensley. In a video he posted, the pooch could be seen harmlessly nipping the toddler.
The Facts
In an incident report obtained from Columbus County Sheriff’s Office, a cruelty to animals crime was reported on Wednesday, May 1. “Suspect shot and killed victim’s dog,” the report read. “Shotgun,” was listed as the weapon.
WOW!
The Public Information Officer for Columbus County Sheriff’s Office exclusively told RadarOnline.com, “Mrs. Jenelle Evans was the reporting person.”
Trouble Brewing
One day before Evans’ call, her baby daddy Nathan Griffith called cops on Tuesday, April 30. “Reporting party called about a welfare check on a child,” the separate incident report read.
Shocking Audio
RadarOnline.com released a 911 call of Nathan asking for the welfare check. “There was a dispute with my ex-fiancée and her husband and he shot a dog,” Nathan said in the Columbus County 911 call. “There’s been multiple 911 calls and abuse. I’m trying to figure out where my son is at and what I have to do in this situation. I’m so confused right now.”
Tragic
When the operator asked if he wanted a welfare check, he replied, “Something! This is very traumatic. I had a bad childhood growing up. I don’t even think my son is over there anymore.”
No Time To Waste
He could be heard saying to another person, “If she goes back, someone is going to die. Get my mother f**king child out of that house.”
Pending
The PIO confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the animal cruelty investigation against David remains ongoing. A rep for Jenelle exclusively told RadarOnline.com, “I called them back because the media told the cops I was hoaxing the situation. I asked to speak to the chief of police.”
Axed
The dog shooting incident forced MTV to fire Jenelle from Teen Mom 2. Her husband was fired a year prior for homophobic comments.
Situation Spiraling
Things then got worse for Jenelle, 27, as CPS instructed Nathan’s mom Doris to pick Kaiser, 4, up from daycare on Friday, May 10.
Taken Away
Jenelle’s mom Barbara, who has custody of Jace, 9, was ordered not to give him to Jenelle for Mother’s Day weekend. Maryssa, 11, who is David’s daughter from a previous marriage was placed in her grandmother’s care. Their daughter Ensley, 2, is also with Barbara.
Bad Mom?
After a week of court hearings, a judge temporarily took custody away from them on Tuesday, May 28. “The judge told Jenelle that she failed to protect the children while they were in her care,” an insider confirmed to RadarOnline.com.
Poor Living Space
“The judge heard testimony that David and Jenelle were constantly screaming and arguing, and the children were terrified,”the source explained to RadarOnline.com. “CPS described the state of the home as horrific. It was filthy, and there were holes in all of the walls.”
Holding Out Hope
Jenelle will return to court on Tuesday, June 4 to try to work out a “solution on how to get her kids back.”
Consequences
She can have supervised visits with her children once a week for an hour at the Department of Social Services. “She’s devastated,” a source told RadarOnline.com.
