Marroquin and Comeau welcomed their son on November 15 at Dover Kent General Hospital in Delaware at 3:09pm. The baby comes weeks before Comeau's December due date.
The baby boy weighed 6 pounds and 13 ounces.
"Mom and baby are doing great," Marroquin exclusively told RadarOnline.com. "It was me, her mother and her sister-in-law in the delivery room. We still haven't decided on a name!"
The MTV star's son Lincoln, 5, with ex-wife Kailyn Lowry is on his way to hospital to meet his little brother, Marroquin revealed.
Marroquin announced their pregnancy over social media in May, only months after the couple, who dated from July 2017 to September 2017, got back together in March 2018. "Blessings on top of blessings," he captioned a photo cradling his girlfriend's baby bump. "Sometimes life's biggest blessings come in the smallest packages. Baby Marroquin coming soon!"

RadarOnline.com broke exclusive photos from their gender reveal party in July. Comeau wore a pink soccer shirt, as Marroquin donned a blue one. Marroquin and Lincoln kicked soccer balls, which exploded with blue dust, as Comeau shot blue confetti into the air.
At the time of the gender reveal, Marroquin praised Comeau for being a "fantastic" stepmother. "She's really good to Lincoln," he said. "He loves her and he asks about her all the time. He's happy she's here permanently."
