Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner’s love story isn’t over! The Married at First Sight stars are heading to the small screen again for their new spin off Married at First Sight: Jamie and Doug Plus One. In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Otis is telling all on their new show!
“This spinoff is really focused on adjusting to life as new parents,” Otis, who welcomed daughter Henley Grace in August, told RadarOnline.com. “We are brand new to this whole parenting life. It’s the best, but we are definitely learning as we go. Our show is about really sharing parenting life for real.”
Otis, 31, added how the couple will be honest about the joys and struggles as first-time parents on the show.
“There is no instruction book that comes when you deliver your baby,” she said. “The best moments have been watching our daughter really look into our eyes and connect with us. There is really nothing better than being a mommy. But there is also nothing more difficult than being a mommy either. Every moment of every day I worry I’m doing everything right for her. We are praying we figure this whole thing out without any long-term damages!”

The title of their spinoff show could change in the future, as they hope to welcome more children!
“We definitely want a lot of kiddos,” she said. “But right now we are 100 percent focused on learning how to be the best we can be for our daughter. Maybe once we figure that out we will start trying for number two.”
Otis and Hehner got married in 2014 on the reality show Married at First Sight. Otis became pregnant with their son Johnathan in 2016. But unfortunately, she suffered a miscarriage four months into the pregnancy.
