Looks like Jack Osbourne is getting ready to celebrate the New Year with a new woman.
The 33-year-old was spotted walking around Studio City in Los Angeles with a mystery pink haired lady.
And the father-of-three was all smiles as he accompanied his female companion as the pair went on a coffee run together.
Rocker Ozzy Osbourne’s son is a ‘free man’ after he just reportedly signed off on his divorce from wife Lisa Stelly.
The pair split-up earlier this year after getting married in 2012 and they share three daughters share daughters Andy Rose, three,Minnie Theodora, 10 months, and Pearl, age six.
Jack – who recently helped battle the wildfires in Malibu – seemed in relaxed spirits as he enjoyed the warm weather with his attractive friend.
Jack and his pink haired pal were last seen at his sister Kelly's 34th birthday in October while they have also been photographed in New York together too.
The former reality star will share custody of his three daughters with his former wife while it has also been reported he will pay her a large amount in child support.
It is understood that the couple split their homes in Studio City and Sherman Oaks as part of their divorce settlement.

Jack dressed casual for his date in a dark blue sweatshirt, beige slacks, and black sneakers for the outing.
His female companion looked ‘rocker chic’ in her leather jacket, plaid shirt, ripped jeans and black Converse sneakers.
The pair walked alongside one another and were engrossed in conversation the whole time.
It is understood that Jack and Lisa split has been amicable and that she still attends family events. She filed for a divorce only three months after having her last child.
Things did get heated between the pair after Jack reportedly punched Stelly’s new boyfriend. But it now it looks as if he will be able to start 2019 with a new relationship of his own.
