Howie Mandel Sells $7M Malibu Mansion To Billionaire Producer

Howie Mandel’s former estate is 5,865 square-feet and boasts six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, which includes the guest house.

The 1.04 acre property features a house designed by architect Doug Burdge, whose firm has created more than 100 high-end residences in Malibu.

Mandel purchased the 1.04 acre estate for $3 million in 2006 and tore the house down in 2008 so that architect Doug Burdge could build a light-filled Cape Cod style beach house.

The house features an open concept kitchen/family room, where the cook can see all the diners at the table as meals are prepared.

According to realestalker, the estate has a separate one bedroom and 1.5 bathroom guest/pool house. Lower level rooms open out to large, ocean view terraces, a stacked stone outdoor fireplace and a built-in barbecue.
