She rocked a black strapless gown, diamond earrings and a vibrant red lip.
Looking elegant in matching platform open-toe pumps, Halsey still managed to show off a bit too much skin when a security guard stepped on her dress!

Even as she strutted into the ritzy event, her stunning gown barely covered her privates!
