Bizarre Tribute? Hallie Biden Wears Dead Hubby's Dog Tags While Dating His Brother

Beau's widow stepped out wearing a shocking piece of jewelry – his military dog tags – around her neck just days after news broke that she is hooking up with his brother.  Beau enlisted in the Delaware Army National Guard in 2003 and was deployed to Iraq in 2008, before his death from brain cancer in 2015.

Hallie also has continued to wear her wedding ring on her left hand, even though she has acknowledged that she was dating her late husband's brother, Hunter, who is going through a nasty public divorce himself.

Hunter's estranged wife, Kathleen, has accused him of spending over $100,000 on hookers and drugs in their court documents, but family friend Rob Buccini defended him. "That's not the Hunter I know," he said. "The Hunter I know put his children first."

"They became a team once Beau got sick, taking him to the doctor," Buccini explained about Hallie and Hunter. He said their connection "came from being in the trenches together for years."

Hallie's jewelry tribute to her late husband came after Beau's uncle, Jim Biden spoke about Hunter's decision to spent so much time with her children, Natalie and Hunter Biden, at the expense of his own family relationship. "He felt a real moral obligation to try to comfort his niece and nephew," Jim said. But he admitted that Hunter "spread himself thin, but out of sheer necessity."
