Martinez spent some quality time with Maceo Martinez, his 2-year-old son with actress Halle Berry.
The father-son duo hit the beach in Malibu on Nov. 8.
The two played in the waters of the Pacific Ocean.
They had fun skipping rocks and laughing together.
Martinez's affection for his son was on full display — and a far cry from the violent behavior he exhibited recently when he lost his temper and pushed airport employee Ronaldo Owens.
It seems Martinez is doing his best to shield his son Maceo from his divorce drama with the boy's famous mom.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Martinez cited "irreconcilable differences" when he filed for divorce from Berry in October.
