Gwyneth Paltrow Splurges On $4.9 Million Estate In Santa Barbara

Following her lengthy conscious uncoupling from ex-husband Chris Martin, Gwyneth Paltrow has sealed the deal on a new place to call home. Click through the gallery to see the gorgeous pics of her new digs.
The luxurious home is located in Santa Barbara, overlooking the ocean.
The 5,022 square foot estate also boasts impressive shrubbery.
With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the Queen of Goop will have plenty of room for her lover, Brad Falchuk.
As RadarOnline.com reported, the two have been getting serious, and are rumored to be getting engaged soon.
"Gwyneth is finally in a place with her ex-husband that she has let go," a source told RadarOnline in February. "She is finally ready to remarry."
"It was hard for Brad to accept how close her and Chris are, but he has finally done so and Brad knows in his heart that she is in love with him alone. He is absolutely in love with her."
