The two lovebirds, who have never married but have been together for 33 years, were spotted arriving at Catch L.A. in West Hollywood on Nov. 19.
Hawn wore a racy dress that showed off a massive amount of cleavage, but she was struggling to keep her spaghetti straps from falling down as she and Russell arrived at the party.
Kate Hudson's mom hasn't been shy about showing off her assets, even on the beach, where she was caught getting wet and wild in a bathing suit in Hawaii in June.
Last year, there was buzz Hawn and Russell may have finally been ready to tie the knot after she was spotted with a diamond ring on that finger.
But she fired back saying the reason she and Russell's relationship was still on was because they never married.
"I would have been long divorced if I ever married Kurt," she told a British talk show Loose Women in September.

"If you have independence, if you have enough money and enough sense of independence, there is something psychological about not being married because it gives you the freedom to make decisions," she explained.
