Scary skinny! Giuliana Rancic wore a black lace gown to the 2019 Academy Awards that revealed her shocking skeletal figure. The E! host's collar bone was sticking out of her sleeveless dress as she hit the red carpet for the Oscars. Giuliana, 44, looked ultra-thin in her black Kelly NG couture dress in Hollywood on Sunday, February 24.
Her collarbone was sticking out in the sleeveless black dress.
Giuliana said she was on the "actual red carpet," for the first time since E! was given a second spot along with Ryan Seacrest's spot.
Scary skinny Giuliana's black feather skirt was huge on the red carpet.
The lace top on her dress was not form fitting on her rail-thin figure.
Giuliana wore her hair back showing off her bony shoulders.
