Teresa and Joe Giudice: As RadarOnline.com reported, on July 29, Teresa and Joe Giudice, the married couple known for their explosive antics on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, were charged with serious instances of financial fraud. And, if convicted, they could each serve more than 50 years in prison! The indictment alleged the Giudices lied to the bankruptcy court, to the IRS and to a number of banks. Among the charges of the 39-count indictment are conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, lying on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. Joe is also being charged with failure to file tax returns for 2004 through 2008.

Joe Giudice: The Real Housewives of New Jersey husband is facing up to 10 years in jail after he was indicted on two criminal counts in Passaic County, New Jersey, for illegally obtaining a driver’s license using his brother’s name. Joe’s own driving license had been suspended following a drunk driving conviction. RadarOnline.com exclusively reported in June that “Juicy Joe” made an appearance in court on May 28 -- where the prosecutor turned over brand new evidence that they believe will help convict the Housewives star and land him in jail. But now, Joe and his wife Teresa have even bigger legal problems!

Brandi Glanville: The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star became so intoxicated at West Hollywood’s The London hotel on July 8 that she was stumbling around with her breasts falling out of her dress and her rear end flashing eyewitnesses. As RadarOnline.com has reported, a male friend tried to hold the disheveled reality star upright during the embarrassing incident. Addressing her online critics, the former model admitted she was “not perfect.” Indeed!

Lamar Odom: After Star Magazine exposed Khloe Kardashian’s husband, Lamar Odom, for his alleged affair with Jennifer Richardson, the basketball player went berserk and attacked paparazzi who were tracking him. On July 10, Lamar (who has appeared on both Keeping Up with the Kardashians and Khloe & Lamar on E!) tossed the paps’ photography equipment into the street and hit an automobile with a metal bar. Khloe defended her hubby, tweeting, “Wow can’t believe a paparazzi snuck into our gated area and violated our private property!!!!”
Rob Kardashian: Earlier this year, a female photographer filed a civil suit against Rob, alleging he had attacked her and took her digital media card out of her camera after she took shirtless photos of him. But paparazzo Kassandra Perez, aka Andra Viak, dropped the suit this June after Rob reportedly agreed to pay for the camera equipment. Perez told the court she wanted criminal charges against him dismissed, so the judge tossed the two misdemeanor charges against Rob for battery and theft.

Andy Dick: It was no laughing matter for last season’s Dancing with the Stars breakout celebrity, comedian Andy Dick, when reports surfaced that he was intoxicated and disorderly in the Hamptons this July. A source told The New York Post that Andy (an admitted recovering addict) verbally abused and sexually harassed a woman who gave him a ride-- and grabbed her husband’s genitals. Separate insiders told the NY Post that Dick was kicked out of a party after urinating in a bush. “He is a tortured soul,” a source informed the newspaper.
Renee Alway: The former America’s Next Top Model beauty, who appeared on the show in 2007, has had a shocking downward spiral. On June 28, Renee was arrested for investigation of burglary, fraud, narcotics possession, committing a felony while on bail and other charges, the Palm Springs Police Department said. The star appeared in a Palm Springs courtroom with a shaved head recently for a drug evaluation. Police said they found her hiding while armed in the garage of an unoccupied home whose owners were out of the country after concerned neighbors reported seeing a suspicious-looking woman walking around. A violent standoff with police ensued when an armed man was believed to also be inside the house, bringing the SWAT team in. But Alway was the only one found at the scene.
Florina “Flo” Kaja: On July 28, a former star of the Oxygen show Bad Girls Club was busted by Tenafly, New Jersey police for allegedly committing prescription fraud. Florina “Flo” Kaja reportedly checked herself in to Englewood Medical Center under a different name on July 27 and then tried to use her hospital bracelet to fill a prescription at a CVS in Tenafly the next morning, police said. In addition to appearing on Bad Girls Club, Kaja also had her own special, Bad Girls Club: Flo Gets Married, on Oxygen in February 2011, which featured her marriage to (and pregnancy) with Patriot “Pat Coso” Kosovrasti, from whom she’s since split.

Mark Balelo: One of the stars of A&E’s hit reality TV show Storage Wars was found dead at his workplace on Feb. 11 after a drug arrest. As RadarOnline.com reported, Mark, 40, was arrested on charges connected to possession of methamphetamine and had a court date for later in February. Balelo had already spent 45 days in jail stemming from a probation violation of a previous felony drug arrest. Balelo spoke to RadarOnline in his last media interview, in which the reality star described how he was turning his life around.
Farrah Abraham: The Teen Mom turned porn star made headlines after she got busted for DUI in Omaha on the night of St. Patrick’s Day, after allegedly blowing a .147, which is nearly twice the legal blood alcohol limit of .08 percent. She struck a plea deal with prosecutors, entering a guilty plea to DUI on June 20, thus avoiding jail time for her March arrest, but having to comply with the terms: six months probation, a $500 fine, and an ignition interlock device in her car, which will keep her from driving without first giving a breath test. Farrah told RadarOnline.com exclusively that she checked into a Florida rehab facility on June 29 to “make better choices.”

Jenelle Evans: The Teen Mom 2 star has had numerous run-ins with the law, and this April 23, Jenelle and her husband, Courtland Rogers, hit rock bottom when they got arrested by police who were called to their house and found 12 bindles of heroin in their possession. As RadarOnline.com has reported, Jenelle must appear in a North Carolina courtroom on August 12 for both heroin and assault charges. Jenelle and Courtland are still legally married but they have both said that they plan to file for divorce.
Amanda Lee Adams: The Myrtle Manor star was arrested on April 26 and charged with DUI in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Police said they found Adams' black Jeep Wrangler with front-end damage -- and a downed electric pole. When asked how much she had to drink, Adams told police she had "3 beers and 4 shots." Amanda was also caught on video telling cops, "I'm on a f**king TV reality show."

Jim Jones: Chrissy & Mr. Jones VH1 star Jim Jones was arrested outside his home in the affluent neighborhood of Fair Lawn, New Jersey for disorderly conduct on Feb. 13 after he reportedly approached a police officer outside his home who was responding to a traffic complaint. The cop subsequently ran Jones’ name through the police database and the results showed two outstanding warrants for the rapper’s arrest (one for a traffic violation and the other for failing to remove snow from his sidewalk). When questioned about the warrants, Jones allegedly became hostile and belligerent—and found himself cuffed!
Kahdijiah Rowe: The star of the Style Network’s Big Rich Atlanta was arrested for felony battery on November 25, 2012 in Roswell, Georgia. She spent two nights in jail and then was transported to Fulton where she spent a night in their jail. Rowe posted the $5,000 bond and was released the following day. “Being in jail is not a cakewalk,” Kahdijiah later said on her reality show about the incident.

Ebony Jackson-Rendon: The 16 and Pregnant season 1 star checked into rehab in the wake of her arrest for child endangerment and drug offenses in 2011. Ebony, 20, and husband Josh Rendon were visited by Child Protective Services in September 2011, which led to the couple being arrested — and they lost their two year-old daughter, Jocelyn. CPS had found their Arkansas home covered in feces, fleas and maggots. The couple wound up getting Jocelyn back after court-ordered parenting classes. They had another daughter together, but Ebony recently said she and Josh had separated.
Nick Hogan: The son of professional wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, Nick appeared in the family’s reality TV show Hogan Knows Best from 2005 to 2007. On August 27, 2007, Nick, then 17, lost control of his Toyota Supra sports car and slammed into a palm tree in Clearwater, Florida. His best friend, John Graziano, who was in the passenger's seat, wasn't wearing a seat belt. Graziano survived, but suffered severe brain damage. Nick accepted a plea deal for reckless driving and was sentenced to eight months behind bars. He was released on October 21, 2008.

Kenya Moore: The Real Housewives of Atlanta star got involved in a bitter eviction battle in Atlanta earlier this year, getting the heave-ho from a $3999-a-month mansion where she lived. As RadarOnline.com reported, the reality star known for her “I’m Gone with the Wind fabulous!” catchphrase moved out after a judge in Fulton County, Ga., ruled in favor of Moore’s landlord. The former Miss USA had been sued for failing to make her full rent payment in May — and defaulting on the terms and conditions of the lease.
Kelly Killoren-Bensimon: The Real Housewives of New York City star had big problems in March 2009, when she was arrested on a misdemeanor assault charge after her ex-boyfriend Nicholas Stefanov told police she punched him, leaving a bloody gash on his face. According to US Weekly, Kelly, who claimed she only hit Nicholas because he wouldn’t leave her New York apartment, did two days of community service in a plea deal; she left the show in 2011.

In a separate incident, Salwa’s co-star, Michael Burford, was arrested for DUI. The show was cancelled after another cast member, Shain Gandee, died of carbon monoxide poisoning.

In March 2010, as RadarOnline.com reported, Jason was cuffed in Mexico after a bar fight. Later that same month, he was booked for an alleged DUI. In June 2010, the reality hunk was arrested after he allegedly hit a woman after an argument. Jason recently told In Touch Magazine that he’s been sober for three years.
Joe LaFont: The Swamp People star was arrested last year in Florida on domestic violence charges. The History Channel personality allegedly was involved in a fracas with his live-in girlfriend, Trene Marie Planche. According to police reports, Joe – whose full name is Noces Joseph LaFont Jr.--was arguing with his girlfriend while staying at a hotel near Disney World, tried to burn her with a lit cigarette, and punched her with a closed fist.
Todd Shaw: VH1 Couples Therapy alum Todd “Too Short” Shaw was arrested in Los Angeles earlier this year for DUI. According to TMZ, he was pulled over for a routine traffic violation, when police soon suspected he was driving under the influence. After an attempt at a breathalyzer test, Shaw reportedly ran away from the scene before falling down in the street and later trying to “dump narcotics” in the back of the police vehicle. Once a breathalyzer test was administered, Short recorded a blood alcohol level over the legal limit.

Mary Delgado: The two-time Bachelor contestant got a proposal from season six star Byron Velvick but things got explosive between the couple in 2007. Mary was arrested after allegedly punching Velvick, splitting his upper lip. The couple reconciled, but broke up for good in 2009. As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported in 2010, Mary also faced a DUI charge in Florida, but it was reduced to reckless driving and she didn’t serve any jail time.
Chad Johnson: The football player and his Basketball Stars wife, Evelyn Lozada, got divorced after just 41 days of marriage following a violent altercation between them on August 11, 2012. Chad was arrested and charged with domestic violence after head-butting Evelyn. On September 21, 2012, Johnson entered a plea of no contest to misdemeanor domestic battery, avoiding jail time. Johnson received a year of probation, but in May, a warrant was issued for Johnson's arrest for allegedly violating the terms of his probation. He turned himself in and later was sentenced to thirty days in jail for violating his probation. Although a plea deal that called for no jail time was reached, Judge Kathleen McHugh rejected it after Johnson apparently didn’t take things seriously, slapping his male attorney on the butt. Johnson then served a week in jail after apologizing to the court.
