Chewbacca is back!
This Friday, the cast and crew of Star Wars 9 were seen filming the upcoming movie in the U.K.
John Boyega and Oscar Isaac looked dapper in the uniforms.
Meanwhile, Chewbacca hung out with a horse.
RadarOnline.com readers know Joonas Suotamo recently took over the role of Chewbacca from Peter Mayhew and shot most of his scenes before any of the other actors.
Also, it’s been reported by various outlets that J.J. Abrams rewrote the film’s script right before shooting began!
Even the late Carrie Fisher will make several appearances, as directors chose to use previously unreleased footage shot for Star Wars: The Force Awakens in the new film.
Cast members Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Lupita Nyong’o, Domhnall Gleeson, Kelly Marie Tran, Joonas Suotamo, and Billie Lourd will be returning to the screen for the new film, and will be joined by various series veterans such as Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, and Billy Dee Williams.
“We desperately loved Carrie Fisher,” director J.J. Abrams, 52, previously told reporters.
