Abraham, 27, was spotted getting fillers and Botox from celebrity surgeon Dr. Sheila Nazarian in Beverly Hills.
The former Teen Mom star even recorded and live streamed herself getting the procedures.
As RadarOnline.com reported, the troubled mom was arrested just a day earlier, after punching a male employee at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
According to a report, the porn star hit a security officer in the face, grabbed his ear and pushed him before she was arrested for battery and trespassing in the early hours of June 13.
Abraham was said to be drunk during the fight.
She was arrested for misdemeanor battery and trespassing and was booked at the Beverly Hills Jail.
After about 12 hours behind bars, she was released.
“This situation has been blown out of proportion, Farrah has not been charged and was released this afternoon. A misunderstanding occurred and there was no battery or trespassing,” her lawyer, Elizabeth Lloyd, told RadarOnline.com after Abraham was released.
