The reality star hit the beach in a tiny velvet gold bikini flaunting her toned figure.
In recent months she has got even more plastic surgery including more Botox fillers in her face.
With her flowing pink hair she ran up and down the sands in Los Angeles while on-lookers watched.
The former porn star has had a busy and controversial 2018.
She pulled out of a celebrity boxing match at the last minute and got involved in a very public fracas at The Beverly Hills Hotel.
But she managed to bounce back by signing a lucrative deal to star in MTV's latest reality show Ex On The Beach to make sure her bank balance was healthy.
No doubt she has some interesting plans for 2019 as she juggles her career with raising her ten-year-old daughter Sophia.

Farrah recently marked the death of her daughter's father Derek Underwood ten years ago.
