McGregor, 46, and Winstead, 32, wore matching biker jackets, jeans and black boots, as they walked hand-in-hand through Hollywood this weekend.
The Fargo co-stars are in the middle of a whirlwind romance after they were photographed kissing in a London restaurant last month.
The Scottish-born actor and his American lover have been inseparable ever since.
An onlooker in Hollywood said: "They looked very happy with one another and did not have a care in the world."
Their relationship has come as a blow to McGregor's French wife Eve Mavrakis who was blindsided by the romance.
Since then both McGregor and Mavrakis, his wife of 22 years, posted images on social media without their wedding rings.
