Ten Shocking Revelations In Denise Richards' Latest Fight With Ex-Husband Charlie Sheen

Court docs claim Sheen threatened to kill his nine-year-old daughter.

After being diagnosed with HIV, Sheen begged Denise and their daughters, Sam, and Lola, to move into a mansion he owned nearby. Fearing the illness was terminal, Sheen wanted to spend time with the girls.

After Sheen began dating porn star, Brett Rossi, Denise Richards was no longer welcome in his home, according to the court docs.

Sheen agreed to place the Mulholland Estates mansion into a trust with the title held in their names. Richards has accused Sheen of selling the house and depleting the trust fund, with the mercurial actor accused of refusing to replenish the account.

During a Christmas trip to Montana, Richards claims in the court docs that one of Sheen's employees overheard him tell fiancee, Brett Rossi, were going to blow up her car.

Richards attempted to reach an agreement with Sheen prior to moving out of the $7 million mansion. As those talks with their respective lawyers dragged on, Sheen "resumed his aggressive and hostile conduct to me," Richards said in her sworn declaration.

According to court documents, Sheen told daughter, Lola, then nine-years-old in a heated phone call that she was "a pig whore," and allegedly stated, "I'm going to kill you and your mom."

Following alleged threats to come over to their house with a baseball bat, Denise told Sheen's security team that if he set foot on the property she was going to call the cops.

Richards was forced to hire full-time security because of Sheen's threats.

Sheen has a $10 million life insurance policy.

In a letter to her dad, Sam, 11, asks her dad, to "not be a drug addict."
