America's Next Top Model winner Nyle DiMarco stole the show last week when he debuted on ABC's hit dancing competition show, Dancing With the Stars. But RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the in-demand 26-year-old deaf model has gotten a lot of nasty backlash from the other cast members in return. Click through seven super sexy and sweaty photos of DiMarco showing off more than just his skills!
DiMarco and his dancing partner Peta Murgatroyd, 29, stole the show during last week's premiere, scoring an 8, 7 and 8 for a total of 23 points.
Fans were amazed by DiMarco's dancing skills – mainly because he is 100 percent deaf, meaning he cannot hear ANY sounds or feel ANY vibrations. When asked how he did it, he said, "It's actually Peta. I follow her with my eyes."
But after DiMarco's win, an on-set source told Radar, "Nyle has been getting a lot of backlash from others on the cast because he was the star of the show last week. Although he had a slightly difficult time learning the dance because he is deaf, Nyle is extremely devoted to winning this season."
Notably, DiMarco is already a reality TV winner: the victor of ANTM season 22! "Of course people are jealous because the man is simply stunning," the source added. "His fan club blew up last week."
According to the source, the other men that DiMarco is competing against – NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown, 27, former NFL quarterback Doug Flutie, 53, NFL linebacker Von Miller, 27, Boyz to Men singer Wanya Morris, 42, and Geraldo Rivera, 72 – "seem to be jealous of him, because he is so young and hot"
"Some of the men on set have even been making fun of Nyle," the source told Radar, adding, "They think because he cannot hear them he doesn't know. But his camp knows, and he is just using this criticism to push him even harder."
