The actress and singer, who sure knows how to rock a bikini, had her arms locked around French singer Matt Pokora, as they enjoyed some heavy PDA and time on a yacht on Saint Tropez. Milian, 36 and Pokora, 32, made out on a paddleboard on the foreign waters.
They continued their kiss-fest on the yacht.
