He posted a heartbreaking collage of his 2016 memories while Christina was away as well. "For me... 2016 was the biggest defining year of my life. It was a year that will change the destination of my life and I'm ready for the ride. The crazy ride of 2016 taught me so much about myself," he shared.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the HGTV couple separated in May following what some feared may have been a "possible suicide attempt"v by Tarek. Since then, Christina has reportedly dated the family's contractor — and Tarek has reportedly dated his kids' nanny.
