Christina El Moussa & Shady New BF Get Cozy On A Boat In Newport

Christina El Moussa and her new man Doug Spedding Jr. enjoyed an afternoon on her boat in Newport this week, showing off their budding relationship.
The couple looked relaxed as they enjoyed champagne together.
They wandered around the boat sipping on various cocktails, smiling and laughing along the way.
Meanwhile, El Moussa's new man may not be the right fit for her.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Spedding, an auto dealer, was sued for a slew of alleged bad business practices dating back to at least 2008, according to Orange County, Calif. court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com. First, a small claims suit was filed against him for $3,482.02 in January 2008 after he “refused to sign the forms necessary for a customer to be able to register the vehicle under their name.” The case was dismissed the following month. Then, he was sued in October 2008 for $5,970.20 after an employee claimed that he “failed to pay her for the month of April 2008.” That case was also dismissed.
Spedding was also listed in a 2008 fraud suit against his business by a couple who claimed his dealership deceived them into buying a more expensive car than what they had originally bought. He denied that he had done anything wrong in the suit, but settled the case outside of court regardless.
RadarOnline.com previously reported that Spedding, 55, has a violent past, as he was caught violating a restraining order from his ex-girlfriend at least three times and was charged with “inflicting corporal injury” as well. He was also arrested for meth possession, but the case was later closed.
Spedding and Christina, 33, began dating after she split from Nate Thompson. She is currently in the middle of a divorce from her Flip or Flop costar, Tarek, 35.
RadarOnline.com previously reported that Christina and Tarek are being sued by an ex-employee for over $25,000 in back wages for his work with Next Level Property Investments. The exes have until the end of the month to file their own paperwork in the case.
