Chris Brown Released From Jail On $250,000 Bail

Chris Brown was booked and released on assault with a deadly weapon charges last night, after a former Miss California accused him of threatening her with a gun in his home Monday night.

That was fast! Brown has already been released from jail, but mystery still surrounds the bizarre incident at his Tarzana, Calif. home.

As RadarOnline.com reported, LAPD swarmed the singer's estate on Tuesday after former beauty queen Baylee Curran accused him of violent behavior, and eventually obtained a warrant to search the property.

The singer was arrested just before 1 p.m. local time on Tuesday following the search.

Brown has insisted he is innocent. “I ain’t did s**t. I ain’t going to do s**t. And it’s always going to be be f**k the police black lives matter n***er,” he said in an Instagram rant posted yesterday morning. “I don’t care y’all going to stay playing with me like I’m the villain out here, like I’m going crazy. You guys got me f**ked up though because good luck when you get the warrant or whatever you need to do. You’re going to walk right up in here and you’re going to see nothing you idiots. I’m tired of f**king dealing with you all, y’all the worst gang in the world, the police, and I said it.”
“Thanks to everyone for their support and well wishes. Chris is out and well,” Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, tweeted upon the star's release. “The allegations against him are demonstrably false #TeamBreezy.”
Meanwhile, Brown’s alleged victim doesn’t have the best track record herself.

Back in 2013, the former Miss California was suspected of grand larceny after allegedly snatching a girl’s $1,000 Louis Vuitton purse and fleeing the scene while on vacation in New York City, according to reports. Though police hoped bring Curran in for questioning, the pageant princess was long gone by that time.
9. Baylee's rep claimed the blonde beauty was unaware that N.Y.C. cops wanted her for questioning, blaming the theft on Curran’s friend.
