It seems like she was just a newborn yesterday! Nearly five years after Chelsea Houska welcomed daughter Aubree on MTV’s 16 & Pregnant, the Teen Mom 2 fan-favorite, 22, and her little one celebrated the Fourth of July with a pool day at home in South Dakota.
