Charlotte, who was born last September, has her mother's big blue eyes.
Charlotte's grandfather, former President Bill Clinton, has said that he thinks the little girl is "the greatest thing since sliced bread."
Chelsea's mother, Hillary Clinton announced on April 12 that she will run for president.
Chelsea wore a stylish hat and matching jacket with a patterned scarf when she hit the streets of NYC.
The happy family brought their tiny dog on the walk, too.
The adorable little girl was bundled up in a cute blue hoodie.
Charlotte will be eligible to run for president in 2049.
