But why would HIV-positive Sheen be so keen on selling the luxury car now?

RadarOnline.com has uncovered the possible reason behind his sudden sale! According to a complaint filed in December 2015, the Maybach is cited as one crime scene in which Sheen allegedly assaulted former fiancée Brett Rossi back in June 2014.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the adult film star, 26, also accused Sheen of "physical, psychological and emotional abuse" on numerous other occasions.

"In June 2014, during a car ride home from Sheen's eldest daughter's house, Sheen pulled out a gun that he regularly kept in his vehicle," the complaint asserts. "Knowing that Sheen was intoxicated, Plaintiff asked if Sheen would put the gun away, stating that guns made her nervous. Sheen then began pointing the (unloaded) gun at her and repeatedly pulling the trigger."

"Plaintiff began crying, begging him to stop but he continued to point it at her and pull the trigger," the document continues. "After asking again that he put the gun away, Sheen, in a fit of rage, threw his DuPont white gold lighter at the rearview mirror of the vehicle, causing it to shatter and glass to fly everywhere, including into the eyes of the security personnel driving the vehicle."

Soon after the complaint was filed, Sheen struck back, requesting for a dismissal.

In his court filing, the actor claimed it was Rossi who "assaulted and/or attempted to assault Sheen" while "extremely intoxicated" because "she was jealous that he was spending time with other people, including his own kids."

"He never kicked, choked, dragged, shook or struck Rossi, and he never threatened to kill her," his request continued.
