After Charlie Sheen's HIV scandal was revealed, Brett Rossi came after her ex, filing a lawsuit on Dec. 3 that accused him of "physical, psychological and emotional abuse," court docs revealed.

Just this week, the former porn star looked happier than ever as she left dinner in Las Vegas, laughing and chatting with friends. But after following lawsuit, it didn't take long for her Two and a Half Men star ex to hit back.

In a legal document filed by lawyer Marty Singer last month, Sheen blasted Rossi, also known as Scottine Ross, painting her as a scorned ex hell-bent on revenge.

"Nearly a year into their relationship, Rossi revealed her true self: A woman motivated by greed and consumed with jealously," the documents obtained by RadarOnline.com claimed.

The star's legal team then slammed Rossi for her attempt to "extort millions of dollars by disclosing Sheen's medical condition even though she had signed a confidentiality agreement," in November 2013, according to the documents.

Things became worse for Sheen in January, however, when ex Denise Richards filed her own lawsuit, accusing him of pushing and her daughters out of their home. Sheen's lawyer has since claimed that Richards is simply seeking a payout from her former hubby.

Though Sheen is known for his erratic behavior, Rossi proves to be a close second. Last summer, the 26-year-old was filmed torching photos and mementos of her relationship with the actor.
