Charlie Sheen's ex-fiancée, Brett Rossi, was spotted leaving a local police station this week, shortly after the actor was caught threatening her with violent revenge on tape.
Now, thanks to RadarOnline.com and The National ENQUIRER's release of the tape, Rossi has taken necessary precautions. When asked if she fears for her safety, she replied: "Obviously."

As RadarOnline.com reported, HIV-positive Sheen has been so desperate to muzzle anyone who could spill his secrets that he's threatened to put a grisly end to Rossi, whose real name is Scottine Ross, if she doesn't keep her mouth shut.

The shocking threats were caught on tape by one of the famous maniac's ex-lovers, and The National ENQUIRER exclusively provided a transcript of the startling conversation to RadarOnline.com.

"This piece of s**t needs to be f***ing buried. …Family of gangsters. You get it," Sheen, 50, told the woman (whose identity RadarOnline.com is protecting) of his plotted revenge against former fiancée after she sued him for assault and battery, and HIV exposure.

"I can't be f***ing extorted," Sheen's voice – or one very similar – is heard bellowing on the recording. "It's called treason. You know what treason is? It's punishable by death."

But his idea of proper penalty was far more violent than expected. "I'd rather spend 20-grand to have her head kicked in," he told the woman. "Then people will realize, oh, it's dangerous."
