The "My Heart Will Go On" singer, 51, flaunted her sinewy legs in a bizarre skimpy fashion-forward outfit.
Dion, who recently concluded her Las Vegas residency, was clad in a colorful print bodysuit, matching coat, and black and green strappy heels.
She wore sunglasses and her hair back, exposing her thin neck and big hoop earrings.
