Following the viewing, a feeble Dion was carried out of the church by the couple's son Rene-Charles, 14.
On Friday afternoon, January 22, Angélil will be buried during a funeral service at the same church, where Dion and her husband were married in 1994.

The funeral is set to be live-streamed around the world.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the Canadian singer's husband passed away at 73 on January 14 after a "lengthy and courageous" battle with cancer, according to the family's statement at the time. Celine's mother, pictured here, arrived to pay her respects as well.
Along with Dion, Angélil is survived by the couple's son Rene-Charles, and 5-year-old twins Eddy and Nelson. Healso has three grown children from a previous relationship.
"It's important to open your eyes in the morning and look at yourself in the mirror and ask two questions: 'Are you dead, or do you have a ticket to ride?'" she asked fans. "There are just two tickets. If you're alive, have a good day. Because today is the most important day of your life."
Meanwhile, just one day after Angelil's passing, Dion's brother passed away from cancer as well.

"It's very painful. It's a matter of days or hours. It looks a lot like René, he had cancer of the throat, tongue and brain. Our family is very experienced," Celine's sister, Claudette Dion, told the Montreal Journal.
