New York City’s Taxi and Limousine Commission compiled a database of every cab ride taken in 2013, and Gawker found out how much certain A-list passengers are tipping their cabbies. The results may surprise you!
Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick
Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick took a nice drive from lower Manhattan to 1412 6th avenue. Fare cost $16.50, but the reality stars added a solid $3.40 tip!
Ashlee Simpson
Ashlee Simpson hailed a cab in lower Manhattan and took a short ride to the West Village. The cabbie hit her up for $7.50, but she added a $2.00 tip. So far, pretty generous!
Bradley Cooper
Bradley Cooper coming in cheap – just kidding! The hunky actor paid for his $9.00 fare in cash, but the tip remains unknown because the commission doesn’t keep track of cash tips!
Olivia Munn
Olivia Munn is another cash cabber. She paid for her $6.00 cab in cash, so we don’t know how much – or how little – she tipped.
Katherine Heigl
She might be one of Hollywood’s most hated, but Katherine Heigl makes sure to keep her cab drivers happy. She gave a $3.62 tip on a $14.50 fare.
Amanda Bynes
Probably not wanting to leave a paper trail, Amanda Bynes paid for her ride with cash, so we don’t know how much she did or didn’t tip!
Leslie Mann and Judd Apatow
Comedy couple Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann went for a ride in June 2013 that cost them a $7.00. The actress and director added an extra $2.10 as a thank you.
