House Of Horrors! Catelynn Lowell & Tyler Baltierra Living In Pedophile’s Former Home

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra thought they found their dream home when they bought a historical octagon house in Michigan. But RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal a registered sex offender once owned the Teen Mom OG stars’ home! Click through to go inside the MTV stars’ house of horrors.

According to St. Clair County Court, Daniel Henry Bussler, whose address matches the home of Lowell and Baltierra, committed the offenses possession of child sexually abusive material and attempted computers to commit a crime on January 4, 2013.
The couple bought the 15-acre home, which is featured in Town and Country Michigan, back in 2017.
According to an online docket, a warrant was issued on August 28, 2015. The warrant was canceled and he was held on $25,000 bond on September 1, 2015.

On November 30, 2015, he was sentenced to five years of supervision. According to Michigan Department of Corrections, one of his supervision conditions is to register as a Michigan Sex Offender.
But Lowell and Baltierra have yet to move in, as they have been renovating the house. Baltierra has been updating fans on his progress on Instagram. “Getting Nova’s new bedroom all set up for her, I can’t wait to surprise her with it,” he captioned a video of him painting his daughter’s room.
