Calista Flockhart's finally gained some weight — in her face and a top doctor explained to RadarOnline.com exactly what work the actress had done for the transformation.

"She looks like a chipmunk storing nuts for the winter," cosmetic surgeon Dr. Lyle Back, who has not treated the Supergirl actress, told RadarOnline.com. "I think they pumped maybe the amount of filler and fat for two or three faces into one!"

The doc noted that in older photos of Flockhart, "She has a scary zombie look … like she's going to suck Harrison Ford's blood. But sadly, it looks better than the new face."

Now Flockhart "Probably let somebody blow her cheeks up like a zeppelin," said Dr. Back.

"She's a dainty person with a dainty face. And I think her previous facial work was great," Dr. Back revealed. "But someone must have put the idea in her head that, with her flat cheeks and loss of some fullness due to age, she needed drastic treatment." A little bit of filler can be flattering, according to Dr. Back, but overdoing it can cause a face to sag "like a basset hound."
