She may be a woman, but Caitlyn Jenner still has to deal with male pattern baldness! As RadarOnline.com's shocking photos reveal, the gender swapping Olympic decathlon champ has all the makings of a gaping bald spot on the top of her dome.

"Caitlyn is freaking out over her hair loss. Her stylists had started noticing thinning a few months ago, but they first attributed it to over-processing, extensions and wigs," an insider told RadarOnline.com.

RadarOnline.com learned of this terrible setback for the 66-year-old as she grabbed a coffee in Malibu on Aug. 8 — then bent over to get behind the wheel of her $176,000 roadster.

"Caitlyn says that if she still has to deal with issues like balding then why did she ever bother going through a transition in the first place?" said the source.

Ironically, a top medical source consulted by RadarOnline.com says it's Caitlyn's lingering masculinity that's to blame for the crisis!

"It's male pattern baldness," Dr. Gabriel Mirkin, who has not treated Caitlyn, told RadarOnline.com.

"It's due to high testosterone. Remember something. . .he's an Olympic champion, and you've got to have a hell of a lot of testosterone to do the type of training he did. He was incredibly masculine to be an Olympic champion."
